Managed a total 150 skilled and non-skilled employees for the fabrication of high-end appliances, orchestrated the factory transfer and the overall institution of factory assembly lines including robotics in North Carolina. .

Wuxi China

Responsible for the infrastructure factory design of the Wuxi China relocation including plant layout major equipment procurement and tooling design, operators training and negotiated product release with China Customs.

Nogales Mexico

Orchestrated the Vibration Control factory relocation from Irvine California to Nogales Sonora Mexico, designed factory layout spearheaded major equipment procurement, developed manufacturing test procedures, and operator's training programs.
